You get exclusive use of an apartment with bedroom(s), bathroom, living room and kitchen. You also get many of the benefits of a hotel stay, including cleaning and linen and towel change. Rather than being confined to a cramped hotel bedroom, you can relax with friends and family, prepare a meal or even get some work done!
You will have free, super fast broadband and access to Netflix in all our apartments. We provide tea, coffee and some basics for your arrival. Speak to us if you would like to arrange a grocery delivery. The bathrooms are stocked with soap, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. Beds will be made up and towels laid out. For longer stays, beds and towels will be changed weekly and the apartment thoroughly cleaned. There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes drying rack.
Check-in is from 3pm. You can collect the keys yourself from the lockbox at the apartment, so late night arrivals are no problem. We will send you the full address, directions and lockbox code 24 hours in advance. Check out is 11am on day of departure. We may be able to arrange early/late check in depending on availability, but if you need this guaranteed it is best to book an extra night.

Yes, we can provide a travel cot on request. Please be aware some of our apartments are on the first or second floor so you may need to climb stairs. Buggies and prams can generally be left downstairs in the communal area.
Bookings cancelled more than 7 days in advance of check-in will be refunded 50%. We are unable to refund any bookings cancelled within 7 days of check-in. For more information see our Booking Conditions (PDF attached)
No, we have a strict no-smoking rule inside the apartments but you are welcome to smoke in the garden/outdoor area.
